Tang Soo Do Karate Organization is one of the largest martial arts clubs on campus. Our focus is teaching the traditional Korean art of Tang Soo Do. The club is completely student founded and operated, and oversight is provided by the International Tang Soo Do Federation. Classes are typically one hour long and may include a variety of tasks, from basic kicks and blocks, to traditional forms, to weapons training, to self defense techniques. While each class is physically challenging, the classes are set up to allow anyone, regardless of past martial art or athletic history, to be successful. A flexible schedule allows TSDKO to remain an enjoyable break from school work, instead of another burden. Martial arts serve as a great stress reliever!
